Privacy policy — Forecastify

This page describes how the product actually behaves, and it is accurate. The binding contractual and data-protection wording is with counsel and replaces this page before general availability — until then, the agreement you sign governs.

LogiNet Systems Kft. is the controller for the personal data Forecastify processes about you as a visitor, and the processor for the data your employer puts into the product. This page covers the first; the second is governed by the data processing agreement.

What is processed

Account data: name, email address, the workspaces you belong to, and your language and notification preferences.
Work data: the worklogs, tasks, projects and contracts your workspace records. Forecastify derives cost and margin from them and stores the result.
Session data: a user-agent string, an IP address and timestamps per active session, so that you can see and revoke your own sessions.
Audit data: who changed what, and when. It is append-only and cannot be edited or deleted from the application.

On what basis

Account, work and audit data are processed to perform the contract with your employer. Session data and security logging rest on our legitimate interest in keeping accounts from being taken over. There is no advertising, no profiling and no third-party analytics on this website — the fonts are served from our own origin for that reason.

For how long

Work and audit data are kept for the life of the subscription and for the retention period the contract sets after it ends. Session rows go when the session expires. A deactivated member keeps their attribution on historical records, because removing it would silently rewrite past margins.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, export, erasure or restriction, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the data-protection address on the contact page. If you are unsatisfied you may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).

Sub-processors

Forecastify runs on Supabase for the database and authentication, and sends email through Resend. Both are listed with their locations and roles in the sub-processor list attached to the data processing agreement, and that list is the authoritative one.
