Terms of service

These terms describe how LogiNet Systems Kft. provides Forecastify. Where a signed order form or framework agreement says something different, that document wins.

The trial

A trial lasts 14 days, needs no payment card, and is activated by hand — normally within one working day of the request. It does not convert into a paid subscription on its own, and nothing is charged when it ends. If it lapses the workspace becomes read-only rather than being deleted, and the data is kept for the period stated in the privacy policy.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are per user, per month, billed annually in HUF, with a five-user minimum on Starter and Professional. A user is a person who can sign in. Deactivating a member frees their seat at the next billing period; their historical worklogs and the costs derived from them remain, because removing them would change closed figures.

Availability

The target is 99.9% monthly availability for the application and the API. Planned maintenance is announced in the product beforehand. The Control Panel and this website are not covered by that target.

What we expect of you

Keep your credentials to yourself, tell us promptly if an account is compromised, and do not use the product to store data you have no right to process. You own the data you put in; we do not use it to train anything or to build a benchmark.

What we owe you

We keep your data isolated from every other tenant, keep an audit trail you can read, let you export what you have entered, and give notice before a change that removes a feature you rely on.

Ending the agreement

You may stop at the end of a billing period. On termination the workspace becomes read-only, an export stays available for the period the contract sets, and the data is then deleted. Audit records the law requires us to keep outlive that deletion.

Governing law

Hungarian law applies, and the courts of Budapest have jurisdiction.
